2. Orders and Customization
- Made-to-Measure Garments: Each piece is uniquely created according to the

measurements and specifications provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate.

- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, we will begin the production process. No changes to the measurements or design can be made after 24 hours of the order being placed.

- Customization Limitations: While we strive to meet every customer’s design preferences, some custom requests may not be feasible due to material or design limitations. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternatives.

3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed are subject to change at our discretion. The total cost, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be provided at checkout.

- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

- Currency Conversion Fees: If you are purchasing from outside our base country, currency conversion fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

4. Production and Delivery

- Delays: While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property 
- All content on the Jamal Faris website, including designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Jamal Faris. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
